ThE dReAm

it began with...ugg! i really don't want
to do this! i just got you to stop crying!
then i remembered my mother's words.
'enjoy her!' so i took a moment and instead
of the swing rocking her to sleep, her
exhausted mother did whilte whispering
lulluby's in her tiny ear.
then the dream.
i cried.
she has always been my dream.
it has finally come true!
so, why did i forget my dream?
well, i don't now.
she feel asleep quickly in my arms.
what can i say, being a mother is the most amazing
blessing could ever give women.
and now my dream is smiling up at me.

NoRmAl

normal: just like everybody else...unique!
so lately i have realized that i haven't blogged!
maybe its cuz i simply don't have time as a
full time mom, wife AND stuedent!
my life seems anything but normal right now!
sleep...5 maybe 6 hours or so.
eating...bread....and more bread cuz
i don't feel like cooking.
my life seems to be a whirl right now
with all of my calling...(not trying to
brag).
blood drive specialist
music chorister in sacrament meeting
relief society comittee
visiting teacher
primary teacher
addiction recovery teacher
district leader
achievement day leader
i fell apart the other day as i
examined all that i had on my plate
and had a growing desire to do my best in
all these callings.
then i remembered.
my main focus should be 2 nurture
because that is my role. i am
a nurterer.
i just needed 2 take things one step at a
time and refocus on what natters most.
so...is my life normal?
no, nobody's is.
BUT i am here 2 enjoy it!
